Intro to Partnership
Northcoders’ relationship with Connectus began with a conversation between our CFO, Charlotte Prior FCMA CGMA, and Connectus CEO, Roy Shelton. Over the following 14 months, through a series of collaborative meetings, we explored how we could work together ultimately welcoming Connectus as Northcoders’ trusted IT partner.
The Issue
Northcoders has a large, diverse IT estate, and we needed a proactive approach to manage it effectively and ensure it was right sized for our needs. As a fast moving digital community, reliable support and a consistent, proven IT service are essential so our teams can keep doing their best work, without disruption.
The Solution
Connectus provides a shared collaboration platform that is proactively supported and maintained, giving our teams a dependable way to work together every day. We also entrusted Connectus with the lifecycle management of our users’ devices, helping ensure everyone is consistently equipped to meet the growing demands of our community. Alongside responsive end user support, Connectus delivered cyber security training for our staff and supported our accreditation to Cyber Essentials.
The Results
